GRR, MY GIRLFRIEND IS ON WEBCAM, LET ME TRASH MY ROOM AND SHIT. RAWR WE'RE IN A CAVE. Ugh. What a horrible video. I'd like to see Ant dig Adema out of this grave.
Your stupid comments do nothing to "fuel" me, as I'm sure you're aiming to do. Some people will like the new stuff, some people won't. Adema have dug nothing of their own grave -- they've developed a new sound that some people will like and some people won't; obviously you are part of the latter. And, you have to remember this is an indie video. The money spent on it was extremely miniscule compared to major-label bands like your beloved Nine Inch Nails and other bands (like Linkin Park). Lastly, you obviously did not understand the concept behind the song. Listen to the lyrics next time (if there is a next time) you watch the video instead of posting such idoitic comments. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but it's obvious to me you either didn't understand the concept or were too busy thinking of something to say to me as the only person that seems to still be a fan of Adema here. Great job at that, I guess.

Chill the fuck out. You always start debates. [/b][/quote] Oh hush. Read the previous comment and you'll understand the need for my reply. If you don't want to get involved in it, don't. I am "chilled out"... I merely replied giving perspective on the matter; I'm sorry that I don't always agree with you, the world's not perfect, buddy. Just because I spent 3 minutes typing out a reply doesn't mean I am mad or trying to start anything. I am not. Tell me -- how is it that I started the debate in this case? Can't do it? Didn't think so. Maybe I continued, but by no means did I start anything in this topic. Perhaps you should refer to the quote I posted. It's obvious you don't like me, and I really don't care... but don't go on a witch hunt to accuse me of starting things I did not. If you don't like what I have to say, don't respond to it. It's really as simple as that. If the mods or admins feel I'm saying something that warrants me to be banned, warned, whatever -- they'll do it. Not you. Thanks. Yeah, that's probably my least favorite part of the video. The video's not my favorite, but then Adema's only really good video (in my opinion) was "Giving In". I think this video had a decent concept but there were some parts I'd change -- most of what I'd change is due to indie fundings, however, and a lot of it just isn't capable on an indie label.
I have absolutly no problem with you. I only had a problem with one person but now he is gone. I guess now I'm just one big loving teddy bear. Also, you can't compare a indie band to a major record label band. You just can't.
My fault, maybe you don't... but I've noticed all your posts towards me (or at least, all that I've seen) have been negative. I know you can't compare an indie band to a major record label band... that's exactly my point. And, right now, Adema is an indie band. They're on Earache records -- an independent label. They don't have the funds they used to when making a video. I've never stated I'm a huge fan of this video... I think it's decent. It's just hindered by a lack of budget. I certainly would change a few things, but I like the concept. I'd just smooth things out -- I wouldn't have the whole webcam ordeal, I wouldn't have the bad ending, the need for titles ("Room", "Movie's", etc) to move the storyline along, etc. But the concept is what I like -- the male character is stuck in his mind (listen to the lyrics), and that's what the caves are... then when he finally sets everything straight, the caves leave. I'm sure if someone like Mr. Hahn had directed then the video would be good, but the money just wasn't there for something like that. It's not a good video, but I don't think it's a bad video. What I was defending with my previous post towards Casey was the band... not the video, but the band. I happen to like the new album but, as I said, a lot of people won't. The "new" Adema isn't exactly the same "nu-metal" band as the old Adema. It's more like rock from 10 to 20 years ago, but with higher production values.
But couldn't they just released a video with the band just performing in a room? that would've been better and alot cheaper.
Is it the same lead singer as before (sorry, I haven't kept up on Adema)? He looks different and sounds different than Mark.
No. The video is fine, but I would have just been satisfied with a performance... The "story" was just way too generic/cliché for me no matter the song's meaning.
Wow, the video is absolute shite, and the new guy just doesn't fit in with the band image-wise (but that's besides the point because, it's not about the image it's about the music, lol). This song is just too poppy though IMO, I mean instrumental and lyrically they have improved but the overall sound just doesn't live up to that of the old Adema, it's too mellow and, ARGH, I just don't like it.
