    'Collision Course' - #1 (Last Week - #1)

It was another week of falls as 'Collision Course' and it's singles continue to hurtle down the charts. The album fell ten spots on the Billboard Top 200 albums charts to #58 this week. Despite the drop, the mash-up LP stayed at number one on the Top Music Video charts for a fourteenth straight week. On the Pop Catalog charts, 'Hybrid Theory' fell out of the top twenty, thus continuing it's on-again, off-again tenure on the tallies, and "Numb/Encore" fell four spots on the Hot 100.

No one "decides", it's based on sales. Whatever album sells the most for the week goes up to #1. If you don't sell any CDs, you aren't on the list.

That's why everytime LP or a good band comes out with a new CD it's automatically #1.

Collision Course... the album that is 84% garbage. The other 16 being Numb/Encore.
