A police report does not indicate fact. A police report is just that -- a report (also known as 'one's version of the truth'). I'm not defending Tripp here (I'm absolutely disgusted with him right now), but you can't say anything for certain right now. Honestly, how many of you were shocked? I really wouldn't be suprised if child-sex is accepted later on in life. I mean, look at gay marriages. It use to be just as frowned upon. Everyday people are commiting these crimes. Somebody has to do something and make this shit stop. This almost makes me motivated enough to make something out of my life. Almost.
You can hardly compare gay marriage and child molestation with each other. One will be accepted, and the other will never, ever be accepted. It's that simple. Gay marriage might be looked down upon my some, but atleast there, some people look up on it. I'd go as fay as to say 90% of the World is against child molestation. Then again, there are places like Africa where it's a common belief that if you have AIDS, and you have inter-course with a virgin (in many cases, very young babies), you'll be rid of AIDS.
