http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermo...ewsitemID=33435 ...whoa. That's... uhh... whoa. One of my favorite bands... I don't know what to believe/think.
I really dunno what to make of it,I'm in shock! Perhaps we should wait for more facts before we judge him though,we havn't actualy heard his side of the story
We don't know if he's guilty or not yet. If he is, that's pretty f'd up. Edit: http://www.metal-sludge.com/main/modules/s...pArrestScan.jpg

Well, the evidence is overwhelmingly incriminating. [/b][/quote] Mind telling me what actual evidence you have? Right now we're going off word of mouth and two sources -- one of which was taken from the other, so basically one. Am I saying he's innocent? Nope. I highly doubt it. But I'm just being blunt... we don't know the full situation, so we shouldn't assume anything yet. It's easier said than done, though, since even I have already deemed him a disgusting, perverted human being... but hey, maybe I'm wrong. Wish that's the case, but I doubt it.
Uh, his jail record was released, and it said he was charged with "Crimes Against Children". The police found him sleeping in his car with a 14 year old. I know the police aren't always good people, but why lie about something like this? Jail Record I doubt you'll still believe that's evidence, but there you go.
I don't think you understood the context of my post. It's unconfirmed reports. The police have yet to release an official statement on the matter. The band has yet to officially comment on the matter. The accustations have yet to be proven in the court of law. He has been charged with the crimes. You do understand that in the United States of America court systems are based upon the very phrase "innocent until proven guilty", correct? I read the Blabbermouth page. I was the one that started the topic and linked to it, which included the link to the inmate information on Tripp. I think I've read that I'm merely being honest with you. I don't think you understood my post... I was trying to get across the fact that he's not proven guilty yet, but that I extremely, extremely, extremely doubt he's innocent. To repeat: I think he's guilty. But I'm not exactly the judge, jury and witness (nor do I have the complete facts in the matter).
