There is a quote on the back of the book "America" by John Stewart:
"lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua!"

This has been bugging me for awhile. I've looked it up but can't find out what it means. Does anyone have a clue what this means?

I could swear lorem ipsum is just text used by webdesigners to fill space on their WIP websites...

    But then again, it's Latin.

I think you're right. On that site, it says that lorem ipsum is just dummy text. It doesn't say why the hell they use it though...

Do I need to know alot about American History to get the humour?

I know quite a bit about current America, though.

Not really. It's just very silly.

Let me put it this way. I learned more about American history in one chapter of this book, than in a whole year of history last year. Ok maybe I'm exaggering a little bit but it's a great book.

   . Awesome.

I have $20 in Chapters Book Store money, I'll use that.
