    Where are the police? Why the hell aren't they doing anything? The police should arrest the mobs for some kind of murder. They can probably do that now, right?

    That's like fighting fire with more fire (no pun intended :lol:)

    Anyway the police should be doing something about this. If everyone could take justice into their own hand, this world would be pretty messed up (as if it isn't messed up already).

    That's quite savage. But if the police aren't going to do anything about it, I guess the public has to take things into their own hands. Although that's extreme.

    Someone has to do something about these gangs. Next thing you know, there won't be such thing as police in Burundi, gangs will be running the city. :mellow:
