Anybody in here that can read german?

Found this on linkinpark.de.

Please don't bash me if this is old news. I heared about a new album from Warner, but not directly from a band member, so this is sorta olf, but sorta new.

(I don't understand the german, obviously)

In einem Interview des amerikanischen Rock-Radiosenders KROQ hat Mike Shinoda folgendes gesagt:

"Yeah we're workin' on the new Album and we hope it will be released this year.
The second thing is the Best of! Yeah we just want to release a best of album with the best songs including some remixes you know. "

Zu deutsch: "Wir arbeiten ... an einem neuen Album und hoffen, dass es dieses Jahr veröffentlicht wird...Wir wollen auch noch ein Best Of-Album, welches die besten Songs und ein paar Remixe beinhalten wird, veröffentlichen!"

 

Got News? Thread is your friend. But a Best Of CD? I'm sorry, but two albums isn't nearly enough for a best of album.

 

...ya gotta think, just because Hybrid Theory and Meteora are their only 2 *real* albums, doesnt mean they can't throw some of the EP on there, because IMO thats their best stuff.

Translation:

" Too German: "we work... on a new album and hope that it is published this year... we to want also still another Best OF album, which will contain the best Songs and a few Remixe to publish!"


EDIT: It's mixed up because I just copied it into Alta Vista's BabelFish.

 

If Linkin Park puts out a "Best Of" album I will sacrifice myself to god.

Anyway, yes, that translation is pretty accurate...I took a few years of German, enough to understand the gist of what was said.

 

Best of is okay , if it will be published after the new album

 

The German part is a translation of the English part

 

thats just taking the mic! they clearly dont have enough albums out for a best of album yet!

 

that isn't so difficult.. you can understand the part that mike says.. and the german thing is like: in and interview with the american rockstation KROQ, mike shinoda said the following..

but they need to have like 5 albums to do that (or more).
