Hello all, I wanted to know from all of you that which was the first song that you heard of LP(hope u remember), and what did you think about their music and about the band when you heard them for the first time. Well the 1st track of LP that I heard was probably In The End or Points of Authority and the 1st thing that came to my mind was these guys are different in every way and their music is really different from the rest.
one step closer was the first song i heard from lp. I hated it and thought LP were just another punk band lol! then i heard crawling, papercut and in the end and that got me in2 the band.
somewhere i belong.... alternating with another song on this local music channel that was obsessed with LP and then the rest ....well....history....
Before 3 and a half years my sister told me to download a song called Papercut from a new band called Linkin Park I download it and then when i liked the song i went to the store and i bought Hybrid Theory.And now is my favourate band So...Papercut
it was OSC for me.... didnt like it at first (still dont really) and i just went out and bought their cd for some reason and now iam hooked!
In the End. I saw it on MTVe and I was so impressed. Two days later I was a proud owner of Hybired Theory B)

one step closer before HT was released.. then i downloaded some tracks off the album on Napster.. Papercut was the first one i got.. i couldnt wait for the album.. got it when it came out.. and ive been in love since..
Crawling,I didn't like LP that much at first but then I heard One Step Closer and Points Of Authority and started to get into them,then In The End made LP become my favorite band
I heard One Step Closer on the Box before it became MTV2. My first thought was that it was ok, but my brother really liked it. He got Hybrid Theory for Christmas that year, and we would listen to it when we played video games, and I just sort of fell in love with LP. And I like One Step Closer a lot more now. I guess I got used to it.
It was either Crawling or One step Closer. I didn't think much of it because at that time I wasn't really that big on music. A couple years later I started listening to music more and I started listening to Linkin Park more and more. Now they are my favorite band.
One Step Closer on MTV...back when MTV played music. I really got into Linkin Park because their music helped me cope with a lot of problems that I was going through at the time. So yeah, props to them.
One Step Closer I didn't think much about it but I heard more Linkin Park songs and started getting into their music.
i still remember i always did my homework w/ the radio tuner on,i heard in the end and i thought it was cool,in fact,i always tuned 2 the same station 2 just hear in the end!then i heard step closer,then crawling and that was it!i got infected w/ LP
