I thought this was a good article most would enjoy: http://www.reformer.com/Stories/0,1413,102...2667809,00.html
It's funny cause people are still bitching about him...so here's my 2 cents to them! HA-HA! You have to deal with him for 4 more years!
Yeah that's a good article. I think it would apply no matter who was elected though. Politicians say things like that, and it's always bull. And I'm not going to stay to argue my point because I did that plenty in September and October and now I'm just sick of talking about it.
i was going to go to an inauguration protest but i fell asleep  my friend went though, he said someone threw their soda at one of the protesters.
Bush won the election because more people wanted him then Kerry...just shut up and get over it and in four years he'll be out anyways
Well, in four years I will be all graduated from college and hopefully working for the Democratic party, so then I can do something about getting someone decent in office. Bush's speech was a load of crap.
Thanks for stating the obvious. If it wasn't for you sharing your wonderful knowledge, I would have been in the dark about a decision that will affect the entire world.
Great article. I hate how people are always like "Get over it, Bush is president, blah blah blah" *cough* lofton0788 *cough* But you know what? Regardless, we, as Americans, have full right to state our opinions on the matter.
I refuse to take such a settlists view. Because he "won" the election (I quote because people still say there is some debate as to the accuracy of the voting, especially evident when you look at the voting compared to the exit polls), we have the obligation to question him, the government, and call to attention what we see as his wrongs. No where in the constitution does it say, "When a president is elected, you shut up and agree/deal with his policies for four years," and I refuse to take that view. If there are still wrongs being done, it's your duty to attempt to make them right, not just wait until the wrong is done.
