High Voltage (non reanimation remix)

Hey, did anyone ever figure out who was on the phone at the beginning middle and end of High Voltage. Some help plz

they guy talking about the labeling of music genres was probably a rapper. if you've watch the HoB concert it plays the whole phone message.
