Hey, I just recently found my old Story of the Year - Page Avenue CD, and so I started listening to it, and really got into it. Then I went for some websurfing on them, and googled, but nothing came up that was music-related. Then I went to WarpedTour.com, and they had a link to their site, but it seems to be shut down. Did they break up or something?
The Warped Tour site accedently linked there old site (www.storyoftheyearrocks.com). Here's there new site. If you liked Page Avenue, you should get there old EP Bigbluemonkey.
They released Sidewalks as a single like a month ago or something...maybe they're working on a new album! Or they got the best of Godsmack's road crew
They just finished wrapping up a tour with My Chemical Romance, Lostprophets, and Letter Kills. They are currently working on a new album.
They are writing new music now. They have a DvD coming out soon also. Click Here to listen to The Heart Of Polka Still Beats, To Flames, and The Unheard Voice
"To Flames" is just "Light Years Away" (from the Story of the Year EP) re-titled and "The Unheard Voice" was on the advance version of Page Avenue before "In The Shadows" (it's a B-side). "The Heart Of Polka Is Still Beating" is the only new song on there.
I could have swore Godsmack's "crew" beat the shit out of SOTY.
They did. But accourding to SOTY, it was 10 against 5.
If you like Story Of The Year you should see them live. They have a lot of suprises in there set. When they did The Nintendo Fusion Tour they did a medley covering The Goo Goo Dolls (Isis) Micheal Jackson (Beat It) and Lynyrd Skynyrd (Sweet Home Alabama. Forgot how to spell)
Lynyrd Skynyrd. If they touch the awesomeness that is the Skynyrd again, they'll suffer at the wrath of every redneck/NASCAR fan I know, including me.

Let's not turn this into an argument thread. I'm with Casey, though; you use that damn exclamation mark too much.
yeah cuz Sweet Home Alabama is such an amazing song
I admit that they have other great songs, but it's like a fucking Southern Fried Classic. SFC Chicken should be made immediately after this post. I'd make millions.

I wasn't going to start a arguement anyways And I try to stop using the ! but it's like a habit for me.
