Cold have enlisted Ben Grosse (Sevendust, Filter) to mix their upcoming new album, which now carries the title of "The Calm That Killed A Storm". A tentative May release date through Atlantic is being eyed.
Whoo!!! By far my most anticipated release of 2005. I like the original album title more, but this new title is good too. There will be eleven songs on the album, with six confirmed songtitles; Back Home Another Pill Different Kind of Pain When Angels Fly Away Anatomy of a Tidal Wave When Heaven's Not Far Away Sounds awesome. In addition, there's a huge summary topic which talks about everything that has happened with the new album. Song information, titles, possible release dates, band memebr testimonials, some drama, it's all in there. Visit.
Good question. YOTS was so damn good, it will be pretty hard to top that [/b][/quote] I have a really good feeling that they will be able to. I hope they don't go Staind-ish though, with the overdramatic lyrics and totally boring new sound. But I have faith they won't.
Man, Cold's progress through their albums are like... exponential... from Cold, to 13WTBOS, to YOTS, it's just insane. If they keep on going the way they're going, damn. I'll be looking out for this one, save up my money for it, shoot.
