This is due to the fact that five Linkin Park singles have spent thirty weeks in total atop the Modern Rock charts since March 2003, 'Meteora''s release. The five songs ("Somewhere I Belong", "Faint", "Numb", "Lying From You", and "Breaking The Habit") have all logged at least three weeks per single atop the charts. gg, omg, LP owns. didn't know that LP would make it to the top. it's all good. numb was the best song on meteora and i guess tons of ppl agreed. i always find myself listening to numb over and over again on repeat. congrats LP. hope their next album can have the same influence again.
Congrats to the band for taking the top, and apologies in advance for saying this, but I think that there are other bands that deserve the top spot. Nonetheless, I hope the time their taking off will result in an awesome album.
