Anyone here bowl? If so what's your highest single and triple score? For 5-pin my highest single score is 252 and my highest triple is 604 [same day]. I achieve that yesterday actually. heh. For 10-pin, haven't really tried that because there aren't many places locally that have that here. Heh. How random, eh?
I just went bowling this week for gym class. I didn't worry about the score too much, I was more focused on rolling the ball down the gutter so hard, when it hit the end, it would fly up onto the alley and knock down pins It was 5 pin, I had like scores of 100

I go Cosmic bowling, bowling to loud music while glowing in the dark, a lot with my friends. I usually have high scores in the mid 200s but then they drop due to how many games I play in a row because my hand starts to ache.
Yeah, that really sucks. Either that or loosing complete concentration by before the 3rd game [which i manage not to do because that 252 was on my 3rd game.] I think they call that Glow Bowling here....lol
Once when I was 5-Pin bowling I got 170 points. And that same day when I was bowling my friend got -100 points. It was awesome!
I'm part of a youth bowling club. I go bowling every Saturday and we play three league games and however many practice games we can fit in before 12. Been bowling for just over 5 years now but my highest score is about 198. I got that at a tournament and was so annoyed it wasn't a 200. I average at about 140 ish per week as well. (Just read Matt's post lol)
You do the same thing I do...lol. Except we don't do practices. We just have the 3 games at my 1PM shift. 5 years? I've been going for about 4 years. But this year is the year I finally started doing good. Last year my final average was 150 exact. lol. I haven't been to a tournament yet thou.
I average around 120-135 in 5-pin. Glow bowling is awesome, aside from the crappy shit they play on the radios.
yay, a bowling thread! I just tried out for my school team (i'm a junior, this is my third year trying out), I made the Varsity team this year. My average is about 170 right now. My Highest 3-Game series score is a 648 and my high game is a 269.

I'm outta Academy... Anyways, I'm a 5-pinner as well...hi single is 381, hi triple is 925... Beat that people I'm averaging 230 now, and even that's a little low. It's goin up again, thanks to the 760 I shot yesterday I'm on the YBC sites for winning quite a few of the cash tournaments...go to those and look for Joe Prokopanko... Next one's at Polo Park, it's a no-tap (CHEAP!!!), so it's easy as hell... I was at the Rossmere one today...placed alright (8th), but usually it's me and the usual suspects at the top...Aaron Alblas, Dean Bartel, etc..., and then I'm in the top 5 as well... By the way, Provincials rules...try to get to that...it's wicked
I go ten pin bowling now and again, i'm not too great though, but i'm okay. My scores vary depending on luck i guess, my lowest score though was 15 that was a bad day, and it happened on a school trip.
My best scores barely hit the triple digits. That's probably why I don't bowl much, which is the reason the score is so low in the first place.
Aha, I dug up the printout of the game I threw last week with some friends. Sure put them in their places 300 Game That headpin was bullshit...and I didn't even clean it all up I had a game earlier this year where I left the corner pin up ten times in a row (it was the left pin 9 of those times) and spared them all...strike on the last ball, 295 game... The 381 I mentioned earlier was a month or so ago...left the corner pin the first frame, followed by five strikes, a corner pin, four more strikes and a corner pin again...then started the next game with four strikes. Sixteen hits in a row...where's my perfect game?! Strikes are only half the game...the other half is mopping up after you get absolutely fucked on what shoulda been a strike

[/b][/quote] Heh, i only really started to get good about this time last year and i keep improving which is nice. Theres this one guy at my club who's been bowling for two years less than me but he's better. It's sickening lol. Ah, the tournaments are great. I really enjoy them. 2 a year but one was cancelled this year.
I'm the king of bowling there is none higher I got.... Two strikes in a row. Then after that I kept knocking down at least 8-9 pins each time. That was after my previous game being voted as the worst game of the night.
I like to bowl but i really suck at it. I usually only do 10 pin and my highest score ever was like 140, my next best after that is around like 115.
