Linkin Park will be presented with a "Top Breakthrough Artist" award at the inaugural Billboard Backstage Pass Awards conference in New York this upcoming week. The band were up against John Mayer and Josh Groban for the award. The ceremony is to honor the best touring acts of the year, in accordance with Billboard Boxscore tallies. Congrats, Linkin Park! Thanks to RX8LP!
Doesn't air. It's a conference in New York. [/b][/quote] I thought it came with the Billboard Awards... but I think that already happened. Or did it?

Interesting that Josh Groban was one of the nominees. He did a cover of My December a while back. I wonder if he'd be disappointed in losing, or in admiration of a quality band Just Re: the point about not knowing who they are - both different types of musicians compared to LP. Mayer is more of a contemporary singer, had a couple of hits. As for Groban, well other than his cover of My December I know nothing else of him.
well.. mr josh groban is a singer who sings classical songs, like the theme song of troy called "remember".. anyway, BIG CONGRATS TO LP! Keep going!
