By going to LinkinPark.com, you can now hear more snippets from the upcoming Linkin Park/Jay-Z collaboration album, due out November 30th.

For starters, they've replaced their "Lying From You/Dirt Off Your Shoulder" snippet from the fornt page with a "Numb/Encore" instrumental clip. Secondly, on their recent newcaster, decent-sized portions of "Lying From You/Dirt Off Your Shoulder" are included in the backround.

    Go to LinkinPark.com.

Lying From You/Dirt off Your Shoulder DEFINATELY sounds better to me. The beginning of Numb/Encore is highly annoying to me now

if anyone on here doubts collision course, then you shouldnt call yourself a big enough fan to post on their top fan site. but if you wanna say that numb/encore is shit from just hearing the small (and yes, a tad disappointing) snippet on lp.com, then maybe you should head over to mtv.com and watch the video. its better than you think, and for anyone who thinks it wont work, believe me, it does...

I must say, I'm hoping the studio version sounds better than it did live...cause it sucked live.

i wouldnt say its terrible. But im not really feelin' that stop/start beat in numb/encore yet.

Mikes raps on dirt/lying was so different than anything that was on meteora. You can tell how mike/jay-z changed their delivery to suit the mood and the feel of the song.

BTW im liking the concert footage....so far.

hmm....i wonder how long the concert actually went for.

Man I have no idea why, but I like that track just as much as Dirt/Lying snip. The mix is sweet and the footage is nice too; can't wait another day for this album. Oh well, Halo 2 will be here soon to take away my social life so I won't have to think about music for awhile.

STOP MAKING ME DRUEL! Numb/encore wasnt as good as i hoped, it went to long for an intro, and i didnt like mostly becuase it never went anyware, i kept wanting it to swing into numb, becuase i have numb numb so much its ingrained in my head, but unfortunately it only did a bit, then a bit, then a bit, then a bit, and never really launched, anoyed me. Dirt off ya shoulder/Lying from you, oh man, looks soooooooooo tight, got me so excited

Not another one of those zealots.

Your enitled to your opinion and all, but come on. The whole 'you aren't a fan if you diss their stuff' thing is absolutely rediculous. If someone doesn't like the song, then let them form their own opinion without you trying to forcefeed your own on them.

    Exactly.

I hated Meteora because it was nowhere near Linkin Park's standards, but it doesn't mean that I'm any less of a fan. (And, just for clarification, Meteora would be considered an amazing album in my book if it was recorded by any other band. But as a Linkin Park album, it's terrible.) So the whole "you can't be a fan of the band if you don't like [insert song]" argument is null and void.

Hey Will just out of curiosity, if LP's next album was, "terrible" in your opinion would you start to dislike the band?

Don't get me wrong, I still like Meteora and listen to it a lot because it's a fun album to listen to. But, yeah, if their next album wasn't up to the standards they set for themselves on Hybrid Theory, then, yes, I may start to dislike them a little bit.
