You know, Bush would have been an awesome priest. He would be like Christ in the USA. I'm serious. He would have so reformed the Catholic church here. I'm not joking.
the president puts his hand on the bible when he starts his term, and God is throughout many American federal and state documents although there is freedom of religion and a seperation of church and state. i don't know what bush or his campaign people are trying to pull with this sign.
Yeah I asw him on TV with the priests so Bush i guess is a Roman Catholic. What's Kerry's religion? Is he a Protestant?
You're right...god is everywhere in American government...makes me sick. All I know is that if I ever have to testify in court, I'll refuse to put my hand on a bible.
There is NOTHING written in the Constitution about separation of church and state. Don't argue, I've picked it over countless times in all my politics classes. That was merely an idea of the Founding Fathers. So just be glad that there isn't a national religion, or compulsory prayer in schools.
A very intelligent way to decide who should become president... sports. [/b][/quote] Well being President is like being a sports star. 2 years after you become famous, all the scandals start to become uncovered
