According to a Warner Bros. press release, 'Collision Course' will be featured on MTV.com's "The Leak" on November 23rd, just one week before the collaboration album hits stores. This will be the first chance for fans to hear the new album, unless pirates get to it first. In addition, MTV will be premiering their "Mash-ups" series by showing the concert in which Linkin Park and Jay-Z first played the songs to a live audience. The footage was shot July 18th at The Roxy in Los Angeles, California. The show will air November 10th at 10PM in both eastern and pacific time zones on MTV. Read the press release here.

i duno, i dont mind if it gets leaked but it would ruin the whole "Waiting very patiently till November 30th" lol Im gonna be buying either way so ...yeh
heard that ppl already pirated it and began distributing it on the internet. dunno if it's authentic. man, crazy dudes.
Yeah, a friend of mine told me that it had already leaked. But then again, I think he's a chronic liar.

haha, my friend sent me the "jay-z and linkin park 99 problems remix" it sounded like crap. i hecka thought that they didn't remix it. it sounded like anyone can just remix it together cause it didn't sound complicated of the sort. probably my friend and i could of done it. so i still say that the "leak" of collision course is fake. seriously, if u listened to it, it sounded like cheap crap. i may be wrong but u never know. stupid pirating bastards

A radio DJ did it a while back.
The only caution I feel of leaking the album, is that it might decrease the number of potential buyers. One of the reasons Meteora sold over 800,000 copies the first week is that LP tried to keep the songs under lock and key. Leaking the album might dissolve the anitcipation process and decrease the sales number. Speaking of sales, what would it be like if LPJZ were able to sell 1.25 millions copies the first week? Then they would break the first week sales record (the number of albums sold is actually number of units, and the CD & DVD count as two units, Just like Outkast's Double Album) breaking NSYNC's record of 2.4 million.
i duno about collision course going platinum. As this is merely an EP of mashed-up songs. Had it been an entire album of new material then theres a chance it would go platinum 3 to 4 times over like meteora. I expect Collision Course to go Gold after 2 or 3 weeks, maybe. It will be interesting to see what place itl take in the billboard album charts in the first week. I think it would be in the top 10.
That is not an official track. A radio DJ did it a while back.
haha, that's good news. can't wait. yeah, collision course might go gold in a month since there are alot of jay-z fans and lots of LP fans.
i think it will sell alot the first week. I mean come youve got all of Jayz's fans and all of Linkin Park's fans that thing will sell. lol. I know im buying it. anyway stupid question here but what does EP stand for?
I highly doubt that alot of Jay-Z fans will buy this album.
I'm having that fear too. They may have a bad reputation of LP. But maybe when they hear it, they are gonna like it. Which would so bring LP into the hip-hop scene. I hope "The Leak" helps us.
