Former P.O.D. guitarist Marcos Curiel is currently involved in royalty disputes with his former bandmates. You can read more about that here.

I respect Marcos Curiel for his rights to get royalities from the P.O.D. songs but now because he's in the new band he's putting down P.O.D. because they are too "optimistic". Maybe rock needs a few optimistic bands rather than having all the bands on the radio talking about dying and hating life all the time. I'm glad he quit P.O.D.

His new band is coming out with a CD(or EP, I cant remember, i read this earlier) soon and he decides to just now bring this up? Didn't they break up a long time ago?
