The third single from the Beastie Boys' latest album, 'To The 5 Boroughs' will be 'Right Right Now Now'. I discovered this reading an article on FMQB.com and I have to say I'm delighted.
I would have liked them to release 'It takes time to build' or 'Open letter to the NYC' but this song was a good choice for a single
Now come on, why would you make a pointless post like that when you already know the answer? That's like asking if Right Now has anything to do with OSC cause Jon says "Shutup" a couple dozen times. Pointless. Getting back on topic, this song was originally in my list of 23 songs. The beat matches their rhymes rather well and the lyrics are clever and nicely thought out. It's one of the few TT5B songs that focuses more on the world than George Bush and because of that its one of my favorite. The video is said to be rather cool too, but then again, the Beastie Boys video's have always been something special. I mean Intergalactic and So Watcha Want are just awesome. If you really want some good beats listen to some of the tracks on Hello Nasty (a lot of which are featured in my signature). I'd also suggest all of Paul's Boutique as it has the most sampled sounds out of any rap record in history, and it certainly shows as the record sounds years ahead of its time (much like Hello Nasty).
