    good for them I say, Hell I can see this turning into a military tribunal , then it would be made into a feature film and it will star Tommy Lee Jones as one of the lawyers.

    Why does the military punish people for being smart? They were being used as tools, not people. The money that they spent training those people would goto waste, and more importantly, lives would be foolishly wasted. Good for them, refusing to do it.
