In a recent Evanescence newsletter, the band has announced a DVD/CD combo entitled "Anywhere But Home" to hit stores on November 23rd. Here is what the letter reads basically word for word: The DVD includes their entire live concert filmed at The Zenith in Paris. It will be presented in 5.1 surround sound. Also, the DVD will include the bands four music videos and an hour-long behind the scenes program and hidden surprises. The CD will also include the previously unreleased studio recording of "Missing." Visit evanescence.com in the upcoming weeks for more info as it becomes available.
There better be more on the CD than just 'Missing'. Overall though, I'm looking forward to seeing how Ev fares live.
DVD/CD Combos are like the new hip thing, aren't they? Not that I'm complaining. I'll be getting this as fast as I can.
Sweet. Another DVD I will buy. I have a feeling I'm in for a lot of DVDs and CDs in the next few months.
"Performance Tracklisting includes... "Haunted", "Going Under", Taking over me", "Everybodys Fool", "Thoughtless (Korn cover)", "My Last Breath", "Farther Away", "Breath No More", "My Immortal", "Bring Me To Life", "Tourniquet", "Imaginairy", "Zero (smashing pumpkins cover)" and "Whisper". In Addition the dvd will also include all four of the bands music videos (Bring me to life, Going under, My Immortal, and Everybodys fool), an hour of behind the sceans footage, and the studio recording of "Missing" (Previously unreleased). The dvd will also inclued a 13 song CD with the live songs from the concert."
Nice can't wait. But really, it has to be another verison of Missing. I've the original and the revised verison so many times.
I think thats the only unheard evanescence song that will be on the cd portion. [/b][/quote] Missing was on the four track version of the Bring Me to Life single, so you can't really say it was unheard. In any case though, it would be great to finally have that song on CD.
Sounds great... I wanna hear that Smashing Pumpkins cover. Thanks for the info! As for missing, I'm also curious about it.
