Their 'Meteora' tour cycle is over and "Breaking The Habit" is slowly creeping down the charts. Linkin Park's lone bright spot this week is 'Meteora's one slot jump to #38 on the Top 200 Albums tallies. Their debut, 'Hybrid Theory', fell five spots to #17 on the Pop Catalog charts, in it's two-hundred-and-fourth week on the charts. Just four more weeks and the album will eclipse it's four year mark. For singles, "Breaking The Habit" continues to spiral downwards. The song fell three spots to #4 on the Mainstream Rock charts, and also dropped two spots to #22 on the Hot 100. "BTH" maintained it's staying power on both the Modern Rock and Mainstream Top 40 charts, stalling at spots #2 and #15 respectively.
I'm actually very proud that Linkin Park managed to hang on for so long compared to many other artists. But I guess it's time something like this happens considering it's been a while since they've released anytihng new.
Well, now we can only wait until LPU 4.0 (which I hope will be good), and then we say goodbye to LP for a looooong time....again.....and I hated it last time..... Cool avatar, PapercutBoy
Ya it did pretty good. It's save to say that Numb was the biggest hit from Meteora. [/b][/quote] Agreed. I thought BTH would've been 'Meteora's in the end, but it wasn't.
