    Okay, here's another question:

I've imported my cd collection into iTunes and onto my iPod, however, I already have the cds as .wmas and would like to keep it that way since the size is incredibly small and Winamp won't play AAC files.

Last time I deleted songs from iTunes library, my iPod automatically detected this and wiped out my iPod of it's songs.

How can I get rid of songs on my iTunes library without loosing them on my iTunes? Must I use the manual feature?

    Thanks :)

You have to set it to manual. I believe that initially, the iPOD is under auto-sync, which will automatically update the iPOD to whatever is on your playlist/library.

    Mannn, I want an iPOD.
