Linkin Park, in conjunction with a radio station and two blood banks in the Californian counties of San Bernardino and Riverside, have organized a blood drive in exchange for free tickets to the Projekt Revolution show in Devore, California on September 4th. The drive, aptly named the Projekt Revolution Tour Blood Drive, takes place tomorrow, August 17th at 11941 Hesperia Road from between 11am to 7pm. Potential donors are advised to drink lots of water and stay away from caffeine so that they are hydrated enough in order to give blood. You must be over seventeen years old.

Click here, for all the information.

    Thanks to LinkinJunior.

i think it is wrong to give blood
so it's really crap when LP were going on about the free tix.

same as i think it is wrong to go to war and kill other people,
a while ago, LP were offering the families of people who went to war to fight (in iraq) , free LP tix to Project Revolution.

It's kind of unfair, but i guess people would do anything to get free Linkin Park tix
    :(

Some religions don't like having their blood taken because it makes them unpure or something like that. I can't remember who it is though :wth:

the bible says its wrong... so yeah, sometimes your beliefs just have to over-ride other things, such as giving blood for a linkin park ticket.

would rather buy a ticket with my own cash, rather than with my own blood

I hardly think that the writers of the bible, written thousands of years ago, with little medical technology, thought sticking a needle in your arm and taking blood out of it to help others was wrong.

But hey, it's your loss I guess.

well take this for a moment... why is it that the Bible say in some verse i can't remeber now.. "God is dwelling above the CIRCLE of the earth" and i did some research, and the old manuscripts say that the word in the old language literally meant 'circle' or a 'spherical shape'

and only 100 years ago people thought the world was flat and all that other crap.

so that makes you wonder... who knew all of that???

and in the Mosaic Law, there were some 600 laws saying that people should not touch dead bodies. Now, how did people all those poeple have the brains and the technology to know that dead bodies carry disease and they are unclean...

God knew that and that is why he gave them these laws...

and any way i am getting carried away here...

but do you see my point???

    :p

What the hell are you talking about? I'm just saying you probably won't go to "Hell" if you give blood to help someone else. Who cares if you get a free prize?

Jehovah's Witnesses. We aren't allowed to take blood tranfusions. Yeah it sucks. Luckily I don't practice anymore! *pat on my back*

Yes. But no one said getting free Linkin Park tickets sucked. He said it sucks that Jehovah's Witnesses can;t get blood transfusions.

This is the stupidest and most pointless conversation ever. I regret starting it. Let's get back on topic. My apologies for going off-topic.
