Ahh, there's nothing like some golf-ball size pain to add to your day...

All that red is headed right for Winnipeg...my house, in fact... We're gonna see it in 10-15 mins or so...could be fun  Last time this happened, my street flooded...the lightning's dropping like bombs too, setting car alarms off, etc...

Anyone else have any fun storms this year?

They reported a tornado near our area a few days ago. I guess I can't call it a tornado though because it didn't actually hit the ground but it was funnel clouds.

Outside Birmingham there are a lot of towns and citys such as Stafford and Nottingham (I think) that have been flooded, but here there hasn't been much more that heavy rain, thunder and the occasional fork lightning.

Ha, sounds like you all go through what nailed me last night  Around 1 am or so, another cell rolled through, and killed the power to about a quarter of the city (my house stayed lit thought B) ). Dumped some nice rain too...the street flooded again  The fun part, though, is storm chasing...yeah, I'm a big weather nut...I take the car out in this kinda stuff. Anyone else ever done that?

We had a 1-2 hour long thunderstorm about 4 hours ago. It was crazy.
