According to a new article on Blabbermouth, Chester has recorded a track with KoRn for possible inclusion on KoRn's greatest hits album, set to be released this fall.

The track will be called "Head Like A Hole" which is a cover of the Nine Inch Nails track by the same name.

For more information, please click here.

Thanks to Casey for the news!

"In the same interview, Davis was asked for his comment on the reports that EVANESCENCE have been performing a piano-led cover of KORN's "Thoughtless" during their current headlining tour. "Yeah, we did a couple of shows with [EVANSESCENCE] in Europe and [they] played it," he told The Blitz 99.7 FM. "It's a huge, huge thing when an artist thinks of doing a cover of one of our songs, it just blows us away, and she [EVANESCENCE singer Amy Lee] does it so beautifully. She's told me time and time again that she's a huge KORN fan. What was really cool was that in Europe, they were supposed to headline over us and she refused to do it and made us headline over them. There's a just a lot of respect there. I think she's a great girl and I love that cover — it came out beautifully. The way I hear things in my head sometimes, the more [time I spend] in a heavy band, I'm more about melody and #### like that, so… when I heard [EVANESCENCE's version of 'Thoughtless'], it was really cool. The melodies really pop out."

wasn't he saying on that other thing about Chester should've been beating Evanescence's asses for stealing their style or some sh*t??

Blabbermouth posters are notorious for shitting on anything and everything.

    Except for Judas Priest :wth:

    Yes they did.

There's never been audio, but it's been reported somewhere.

EDIT: Bah, I thought they did. If they didn't, my bad.

Really? Damn, i would have sure liked to have heared it. That's my favourite NIN track, can anyone confirm a venue inwhich LP played it.

It was mistaken to have been covered at this years Rock'am Ring and Download festivals and all the other european dates etc. but, it was only the PR system that played the NIN version before they went on set. Maybe that's what your thinking of? If not, then i'm not really sure.

LP have never actually covered it, I don't think. They've just used the song as the intro to some concerts before by playing it over the PA. Unless someone can confirm that they actually, played it, I don't think they have.

I'm searching on a nin board. That's where I originally heard they did it.

Again, if they didn't, my bad.

Well, like I said, I haven't heard it to know if they've played it or not, so we both could be right.

Well, getting back onto the topic, then... It'll be interesting to hear this song. Especially after Korn called LP a pop band. lol.

That'll be cool. I think Chester's voice will suit the song well.

Yeah, i never actually stated my opinion about the subject either. I'm looking forward to it, a track feat. Chester and Jonathan should be great.

I wonder how Trent Reznor will react to the frontman of one of his least favourite bands working on a cover of one of his most famous songs.
