as much of a fan of xmen Im glad Brian has chosen to do Supes , better him that Mc G , I heard the reason why he isnt doing xmen was because Laura D , wanted to have Gambit in the films and he didnt .
I read something like this earlier today and I was outraged by it too. Bryan Singer did a great job with X2 and I was hoping he would take it to an even better level with X3. Halle Berry's apparently dropped out of X3 and now Singer's gone so I'm worried about what will happen. I'm thankful that Sam Raimi is doing Spider-Man 3 for sure at least. Bryan Singer is a good director so maybe he'll do the new Superman movie justice, but I'd still prefer him doing X3. Maybe Singer might come back for X3 if they delay it for him, but I'm not sure if I want to wait till 2007 or 2008 for that.
grrrr. he should stay with x-men. Brian Singer did such an excellent job with the x-men movies. i loved X2 so much it was an awesome sequel. Hopfully he will do X3 and finish off the trilogy. Stupid superman!
well I can understand why Brian wanted to do superman , I mean it would be a fan boys dream to direct a movie of that calibre., plus it would without a question make more profits than xmen. warners are now looking really good now, with Batman begins (currently been filmed) and superman returns ( in developement). besides the original script that J J Abrahams wrote for the Mc G film was really bad. I mean Mc G wanted superman to have a cyber suit (wtf?)im gld Brian is doing this rather than Mc G . The only other director I can think of replacing Brian for xmen is Josh Wheedon ( who helped on one of the xmen comic books) or hellboys director.
X3 isn't dead, just postponed. I still don't get why Halle's head has gotten so big that she doesn't want to do a movie with an ensemble cast rather than her and *other person* as the stars.
She just wants a bigger role now since she won an Oscar. She wants Storm's role to be expanded but they won't do that since they're adding new characters anyway.
