    I heard about this on the news a few days ago! That's crazy! It's like something that would happen in America, I never would've thought something like that would've happened in Canada. And I'm happy nothing happened, what a tragedy it would've been.

    "mentally disturbed" means he had bad ideas in his head. anyone who conspires to do something to this degree of magnitude would be considered mentally disturbed. it's not like a defect.

    Sorry, just saw Bowling For Columbine. I'm on a "anti-american conflict resolving" binge. :lol: Nearly 12,000 people are killed in the US by guns per year, that's over ten times the rate in Canada. And over twenty times as much as places like the UK, and Germany.

    And they blame it on their violent history. Japan had an equally, if not more violent history than the US, and they barely have any deaths related to guns. Strange, isn't it?
