We should just imprison him. Have guards around his cell at all times. Plain and simple. But, knowing the American government, and its hypocritical ways about executions and whatnot, he'll probably be executed.
It's being tried by an Iraqi Council, though. But I can see the Americans trying to swing the juries decision.

Imprison him, then pretend to let him go on parole and say he's allowed to go for a swim, and when he's swimming release hydrochloric acid into the pool.
i say do the same back to him, make sure he lives through all of it though then... then do whatever mark says. and then let him die. but give him a proper burial service. thats one thing everybody deserves.
Does the term 'cruel and unusual punishment' mean anything to you? Like I said earlier, use your head for once. The council would be held for war crimes if they did that.
naw im not being realistic. im just expressing my anger
So, if you were the President of a country, you would rather be rash than rational? Remind me to vote for whoever you're running against if you ever decided to run for President.
someone said earlier " killing him would be like setting him free", which i agree with, but then again, in prison, you get free food and drink, a bed, clothes, shoes ect, for killing people!!!! not to mention in some prisons ive seen tvs. and, in a plan printed in a newspaper (i think it was for a man who killed 2 children) there was a playstation!!! i dont have much idea what american prisons are like because im english, but this is the case in england anyway

ok... im shutting up now, if you want it so much. i guess im not allowed to have my own opinion because that makes me stupid on these threads. yeah, cameron, next time ill 'use my head for once'.
I do agree that giving prisoners a playstation and tv is excessive, but refusing them the basic necessities of life (food, water, clothes, shelter) is only stooping down to their level.
Saddam is going to get executed either way. Bush sent him over to the War Tribunal for one simple reason. Bush & Co. hand-picked the government. If Bush & Co. wouldn't have hand-picked the government of Iraq, you can bet your ass that Saddam would be tried by a Military Council. EDIT: Fixed some things.

Last time I checked, no one said you weren't allowed to form and keep your own opinion. I may strongly disagree with your way of thinking, but I can't change it.
