I thought the last episode would be a 2 part story, so that would mean that the last episode would be nxt week? anyway I lost interest in friends a long time ago ,althought I still watch it I dont watch it religously like I used to I think it jumped the shark , a long time ago , They should never have had monica and chandler move fall in love, I cant stand the comedy with those two , also it seemed really pointless having Joey fall in love with rachell, I thought at first oh good he seems to be the only developing character , but then he goes back to his old ways.Chandler is just worse than before, I mean I really liked him when the series 1st started off especially the relationship he had with joey now look (I mean that episode with him and monica with the shark porn really bugged me),anyway I will still be sad to see them leave.

That was a very sad episode. I'll miss Friends too.

The hour-long 10-year recap was hilarious though.

*Joey and another man on 'The Pyramid'*
    *Word: Cream*
Man: You put it in your coffee.
    Joey: A spoon!
    Man: It's white.
    Joey: Paper....Snow....A ghost!
    *Word: Mayonnaise*
Man: You put it on a sandwich.
    Joey: Peanut butter......Sardines.....Jam!
    Man: It's white.
    Joey: Paper....Snow....A ghost!

That was the best clip they showed with Joey! Yeah, it sucks that it's over. Bless reruns and buying all 10 seasons on dvd when they're all released and me having enough money to buy them all.

Any thoughts on Joey's spin-off, "Joey"? I am unsure about it.

I think that joey's spin off will get cancelled after the 1st or second season. I just think that people are expecting the same type of comedy that was on friends, and will get bored with it.

I agree, as much as like the character "Joey" i dont like the idea of having a whole series based on him.

I actually want it to do well though. It'd just be weird seeing a completely different show from now on Thursdays at 8. I know that's unavoidable but still. I say to at least give it a chance and hope for the other cast members to make some guest appearances.

Frasier was apparently a spin-off of Cheers and it lasted pretty long too so you never know. :wth:

but I recall , fraiser started a couple of yrs after cheers, and not many people knew at 1st that it was a spin off, also fraiser didnt have a major role in cheers. I mean I hope joey does well

The episode was a bit weak, very anticlimatic for such a major part of the Friends storyline. It was neither hysterical, nor emotional and that was the biggest problem.

The creators wanted to pull off both, but never went the distance on either. Even while I was watching I immediately noticed key moments in which particular dialogue should have been injected, but wasn't. For instance, when Rachel appears in Ross's apartment, "Something was wrong with the right philange" would have been a humorous line for such an emotional moment. I would have prefered Rachel had left though, it would have added to the effect of the end of Friends and the Ross/Rachel relationship, leaving things open for another season at a later point.

All in all, probably the greatest American television show to be remembered and syndicated since 'I Love Lucy' which still runs, yet that show is dreadful

This is one of the worst finales ever.

I expect Fraiser's to be worst though. Fraiser just sucks. NBC is going to be in deep #### without those two shows.

I can't believe it's over. :( I thought it was a nice way to end the series...and I'm just glad that Rachel and Ross ended up together, otherwise I would have felt really cheated.

But OMG that clip of Joey was so freakin' HILARIOUS!

I thought the best line from the series finale was:

[Joey and Chandler are trying to rescue their birds which are trapped in their fooseball table]
Joey: Maybe we can lure them out somehow. Do you know any bird calls?
Chandler: Oh, tons. I'm quite the woodsman.

Also, that clip from Jay Leno showing actors explaining that they were supposed to be on Friends was hilarious. Snoop Dogg saying that he couldn't part of the show since they had enough black actors. Sylvester Stallone saying he was rejected so he beat everyone up. The best was when Homer Simpson said the networks asked him to guest-star next season.
