    Usually I'm not into anime sigs but yours is an exception. Love the background and white shadow.

    Very stylish, I just don't like Evengelion much or I would have more to say :lol:. It is nicely made, though.

    well first of all i use photoshop cs. So if you have photoshop there are some great tutorials out there to help people. also i use the help info within the program.

    If you want to do the glow though you go into layers, layer style, blending options, outer glow.
    but that is for photoshop cs i dont know if it works in the other versions.
