Lostprophets

I noticed that there was no topics consisting of just random chat about Lostprophets so i decided to make one , personally they are one of my favourite bands and Start Something is IMO the best album of 2004, My favourite song off that album is probably "Million Miles" or "Sway", (love that song so much) so post away your thoughts on the Mighty Lostprophets.

 

Not the best album of 2004 IMO but it is a good album.

Agreed. I love their music, and their CD is a no-skip album

 

I think they're a tiny bit overrated, but yes, a good band. I love Burn, Burn. Haven't heard their first album yet.

 

Still not tired of their new CD yet. :whistle:

 

Their new album is overrated because it has too many emo (which sucks) influences, the fake sound of progress had better song structures, and not all the songs are about love.

Start Something
The Handsome life of swing
For sure

 

I love Burn, Burn and Last Train Home but that's all I've heard.

 

I just started downloading some of their songs. They sound really good. I think I'll buy the album if I enjoy some of their other songs

No, I love the Lostprophets...they are one of the best mainstream rock bands today and they have a great sound. Have only heard Last Train Home off their new album (that i still have to get!) and I've also heard a few off of their old one.

 

I might be taking this wrong, but if you infer that Start Something has way too many love songs, I must disagree. The only ones that I would label as love songs are Last Train Home, Goodbye Tonight, and maybe Hello Again.
