In Need Of A HTML Coder!

I'm trying to get my portfolio of my artwork online and have a layout done for it..Problem is I can't code it..Would someone of the kind LPA please help me?!

I know some HTML, I don't know what exactly, you'd need done...but I'll help if it's in my power

A set of links underneath the main title thing(on layout)

Main About Portfolio Tutorials Community Contact

and in the greyish box i want an Iframe for updates...

 

Oh, okay thats simple enough, what color text and what color scrollbar do you want, and the font style...

 

Something to match everything else..I'll email you the layout now.
