For anyone who doesn't know, when you get so many points on your license, you lose it. I'm nowhere near losing my license, this was my first ticket, but if I can keep the points off my license, then I'd like to. But it's not really strict laws or anything, it was the cop being an ass by giving me the ticket in the first place. It was for failing to yield the right of way which resulted in an accident, but the cop never even asked my side of the story or anything, because I would have told him the person I hit came out of nowhere, since I looked before turning, and must have been speeding or had her headlights off at sunset.
