Today my mom & I moved out.. I'm not at the new place yet, but I will be.. @ first I didn't think I would be sad and all. Now that I think of it I am sad. I keep asking myself so many questions, but pretty much Why? I know it just didn't work out.. but why.. well whatever everything's going to be different this year. This is the year everything's going to change. Graduation, my parents getting divorced, my best friend for life is moving to Florida (the state), I'm never going to see everyone at my school again for I'm going to a different school than all of them. I wish like magic :magic: It was all better.. Somehow some way.

What about you guys? Are your parents divorced?

My parents are going through a tough time right now. And for about six years, I've been bothered with this, but recently I just had to remember that I can't stop or control everything that happens.

It's hard when your parents split, but it's just something that you have to accept... Hopefully. Don't worry, just because your parents don't feel they can be together anymore shouldn't affect what you do with your life . Who knows, maybe in this new change there might be something better coming.

Sorry to hear that. My parents have been separated for a few months, and they keep talking about divorce, and then they'll put it off and off until they get in another argument. I don't know, it's a messed up situation. But it does suck. Just don't think that it's your fault. A lot of kids seem to try to take the blame for it all when it's really up to the parents to figure out.

Yea my parents got divorced like a year ago. And my life is so much better now than it was before. My dad got married and is now happy, my mom isn't been pushed around anymore so she's happy, and us kids are happy cause we don't get to see them yelling at eachother anymore.

My dad bought a house for my mom right next to his so we can be near both parents. Thats a good thing because we can see both parents and still don't have to go threw seeing them fighting.

Hope everything becomes good for you :)

Well my Mom & I are in an apartement until our house is built.. So i guess there is a few things that come out of it. The house is right next to the state forest, and we have a large enough property that we are aloud to get horses and i wuv  horses!! I'm thinking of names for my horse :p and I really want to name him Billy-Joe. I think of names whenever I'm sad, because it makes me happier than before.

Sorry to hear about your parents. I hope everything will be ok. My parents are surprisely not divorced. They should be though. They don't ever get along and all they do is fight. I think the main reason why they haven't gotten a divorce is because they don't want to create anymore problems in my life. Stay together for the kids, eh? heh.

    I wish you the best.

I live with my mom. My parents divorced before I was even born, my dad got himself drunk and died in a car crash (I think). I don't ask my mom because I don't think she'd want to talk about it. Bury the hatchet y'know? I don't miss my dad, he was an a$$hole anyway. In a way, it's so much better my parents aren't together anymore. Divorces do upset people's lives but sometimes, it's for the better in the long term.

@ LinkinParkZealot: Good luck to you and your parents. :)

i disagree. my parents have been divorced since i was 4 and my dad keeps as little responsibility as he can by living over in Texas. (we live in UK) but i still see him about 4 times a year.
my mum has a partner and he's cool and my dad is married. the great thing about that is that my parents are both happy now.
there's nothing i don't know about parents and divorce (well almost) because i've been through it all, so i'm here if anyone needs advice. good luck all you guys with problems with your parents

My parents are divorced and yes it was hard on them, especially my dad who took it the worst. Actually, he was the one who got depressed. My parent's have been split up for about 4 years now but they just legalized their divorce last Tuesday. My mom was saying that even tho she doesn't love my dad anymore it's really weird to be getting the divorce legalized because it's so final n all. and it's really happening, she's finally completely unhitched. But once it happened she was so happy!

I think that it's really hard on my dad, the dogs & cats.. not on me or my mom.

Well ive went through 2 divorces in my life. The first was with my real dad in Russia (my parents are from Russia) my dad was in the army so he didnt have alot of time to spend with me and my mom so they split then divorced. Ive never really met him :( the second one was with this one guy, my mom met him in Russia and he was on bussiness so they moved to America. He was abusive to me and my mom. Ive seen him hit my mom before and i couldnt do anything because i was 7. If i was my age right now and i saw him do that i would come after him so fast and beat the living S*** out of him. The marrage only lasted about 3 years.

Yup. Just remember its your choice not theirs. Don't let them convince you who's better to go with, they both want you to live with them.
