Did anyone in the UK hear Jamelia's cover of numb on Radio1 yesterday? I thought it was quite good. To hear it go to www.bbc.co.uk/radio1 and go to the live lounge.
Not bad. It was kind of weird to hear Numb played acoustically and in a soulful manner. But it's nice.
Yep, it's weird but really cool . Actually, LP could do it that way (acoustic) but I'd turn the volume of the guitar higher .
Yeah i heard that-and i was like what? i thought lp had actually sold the rights to the song! but i knew they wouldn't do that her version was good. it was wierd hearing it sung like that but i think she managed to pull it off.

I didn't like it at all but then again I don't like Jamelia's voice. And the 'choir-chorus' didn't help either. Isn't it interesting that LP covers seem to be popping up recently, there's a classical cover of 'Crawling' by Myleene Klass, Jamelia's 'Numb' cover and didn't Josh Groban cover 'My December'? Sure they're not singles as such but still, it's good to see such a diverse range of artists listen to and be influenced by Linkin Park.
I didn't like it. Her voice was somewhat bland and so was the music. It was more like she was reading a poem she wasn't really interested in.
It was tottaly off ... I would say even ugly,and it felt sooo unstable,like there were no rythm in the song! But it ImhO offcourse , maybe somone like it ,so ...
LOL, I don't wanna, its bad enough knowing no doubt did OSC and that Avril Lagivne MIGHT do forgotten. Duno If the avil thingys true!
