First Aid Kit - A Long Time Ago
A good Swedish band I discovered. Didn't like the second single of the new album, but on this record Stay Gold the melodies and the vocals are amazing and the duo has a much better vocal interplay than on the record The Lion's Roar while this record sounds much more crisp than its predecessor. The songs are also much more catchy, even if not as well thought lyrically. It finishes with this slower piano ballad which is a great love song with some honest lyrics and some strings to tie it up better.

Taylor Swift - Fearless
Going back to Fearless after not having enjoyed it the first time. Now it seems she tells a story on this song. It just seems the song doesn't hit as hard as most songs on Speak Now, 1989 or even some in Red or the new Reputation. The overly country vibe undermines it a bit, even if I like the guitar solo and the drumming. Doesn't have that rock vibe I really liked on Speak Now with some amazing guitar solos or the great lyrics and choruses of 1989. This song should be a bit more expansive.

One of my favorites from Fearless. One of the most powerful choruses just like You Belong With Me. She has more storytelling than I thought the first time and I give her credit for that even though the sound doesn't seem as good as in other albums.

CHVRCHES - Clearest Blue
Eagerly waiting for new CHVRCHES in 2018 and there«s a chance I'll be seeing them live, but just a shame that they're playing on the secondary stage.
