i get bored very easily, and i'm always looking for new ways to bring death to my boredom. thanks to will for this type of thread, i based it on his "recommend a band" thread. basically, recommend a game, internet or console, for all of us. it should be put in this format : Name - Snowcraft Site - www.nny.com/holiday98 Platform - Internet Genre - Shockwave, Strategy Objective - Hit everyone on the opposing team with snowballs before they hit you. 3 hits knocks out one member from the opposition. 2 hits kills you. Click and hold for varied throwing distances.
Name - 3D Pong Site - www.liquid.se/pong.html Platform - Internet Genre - Shockwave, Action Objective - Click and hold and move your paddle in order to hit the ball past the opposing player's paddle. If you can hold the computer to only 500 points, you're good.
Name- State of Emergency Platform PS2 Genre- Shooter, Fighter Objective Try to destory the coperation alongside with freedom by accepting missions.
Game - Metal Gear Solid 2 Platform - PS2 Genre - Action Objective - Defeat the elite government organization 'The Patriots'. max payne and vice city are two of the greatest games i've ever played.
Half Life - Counter Strike PC Shooter Ive only played it at a place called Virtual Arena, theyve got like 50 computers linked up and you play whoevers on. There are two teams, Terrorist and Counter-Terrorist, your main objective is to just simply kill everyon on the other team. When your a terrorist you can also plant bombs on sites, the Counter-Terrorists are trying to prevent the bombs from exploding. Its sounds pretty weird but the game has great graphics, and is extremely addictive.
i know TONS of people who play CS and they get soooo addicted to it. i still don't see how it is though, but i guess it's cuz i've never played it. it seems fun though.
