Here's the trailer for the new movie based on the popular book by Jules Verne. It looks pretty good so I hope it's Jackie Chan's comeback movie since his recent efforts haven't been all that great, even if he's not exactly the lead character this time. What do you guys think of it? Love the cameo by Arnie!

Kinda surprised that it's Disney though, but then they did do Pirates of the Carribbean.

And here's a link I found to another upcoming Jackie Chan movie called "New Police Story"

I don't trust Jackie Chan in comedic roles anymore. I probably won't be seeing "Around The World In 80 Days".

Although, a dramatic role in "New Police Story"? That actually looks good. It probably won't be coming out outside of Asia, though.

All his movies have comedic elements in them but most of his movies are comedies. The fights in Rumble in the Bronx were pretty comedic to me too. There was also the scene where he was picking his nose in front of the mirror too.

If you want to see Jackie Chan at his funniest, see some of his first hollywood movies. Not those crappy dubbed japanese ones, but the ones like "Who Am I?" (best Jackie Chan movie ever) and those ones. He is just so funny in those. Old Jackie Chan movies are great. It seems as time goes on, his movies are becoming more special effects than actual action. Kinda sucks when someone builds a name for themself upon something, and then when they're famous they go and change it.

I loved Shanghai noon/knights, and the rush hour movies are freaken hilarious! This looks pretty good too. But I think my favorite dubbed movie of his is Rumble in the Bronx or MR. Nice Guy

The original Chinese versions are pretty cool, I remember my dad renting one.
