REM, Rated or Hated?

Hello, I'm new and i can't tell if REM are rated or hated on this forum, i absoloutly love them, so it would be nice to disscuss this with someone else.
If you do want to chat about them then i'll start us off.
Can you believe that REM arnt going on tour this year, well they are but only to Paris and Germany. *storms off in huff*

REM hmmm i cant judge by the few songs i have heared
but for so far i heared them its not my style at all

 

They're ok. I'm not a fan (dont really intend to become one), dont have any of their mp3s, I've heard their music and it's ok, but not my style.

 

I like a few of their songs but otherwise i don't really like them. I don't hate them but i am not a fan.

i dont mind REM, ive nver been a big big fan but i have heard there music, they are pritty popular in the uk

 

Their older stuff is really good, I just think they've gone slightly downhill recently. And I can't believe they didn't put "The End of the World As We Know It" on their greatest hits CD. Aaargh.

 

I've heard a couple of their songs. It's not really my style of music, but maybe I'll try a few more in the future.

 

Their stuff is ok, but I can't say I really like it.
