It's JPOP + Metal for maximum insanity.

But that's getting offtopic so I'm stopping.

Shinoda and Chester have never rapped or sung over dstep outside of a few remixes which don't count.

Agreed. I would rather LP feature on a Steve Aoki album than have Steve Aoki feature on an LP album.

"A Light That Never Comes" is a Moombahton track; some might want to be more specific and call it "Moombahcore", but I don't care about that distinction.

Dubstep tracks are much faster, generally in the range of 135-150 BPM, and use a syncopated halftime rhythm. "A Light That Never Comes" is built around a straight 4/4 pattern running at 115.

For one, ALTNC isn't dubstep. Like, not even close.

I hope that they go more dance with it than ALTNC which I think was to Linkin Parkified. It stuck to close to the old LP formula like the first half of Living Things.

I hope that we get the song LP did with DJ Fresh someday to; I've always wanted a drum and bass song from LP.

Mmm. I think drum & bass might be something different enough to be interesting for LP

    I also found this: http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers...ound-design-sneak-peek-by-celldweller-179393/

Celldweller is also working on T4, which is a dub step type of band that goes along with Steve Aoki being a part of the soundtrack. So, I'm guessing, if LP are involved, they will most likely do another collaboration with Steve in order to fit in with the theme, instead of doing a separate track alone.

ALTNC was fun, at least for me. I don't mind if they collaborate again, as long as it's a different direction. Is there a lot of diversity in what Steve Aoki puts out with others?

Don't get me wrong. I'm just more interested about the new LP-only songs than a collaboration song with Aoki. But I'm still intrigued. I find it amazing that LP is working on so many things at once. This year should probably be the biggest.

I want to go "WTF was that" but I've seen worse. :p
    That mosh though.

Design The Skyline is far more brutal than you could ever possibly hope to be.
