A new interview clip with Mike Shinoda and Steve Aoki has been posted to YouTube. Give them the benefit of the doubt. Either way, demand for the track will inevitably drive them to release it.
Gahhh the 12th can't come fast enough. But once it's released it'll feel like it happened so quick xD. Expectations.
... yeah... a band that names its own channel as the band itself... terrible choice. What a mad world.
Honestly this may be more YouTube's doing. They've been trying to force users to use their real names as opposed to account names. I imagine the same applies for bands too.
I have a feeling they'll never play this song live again. Still stoked to hear the whole studio version though. At this point I think everybody has a pretty good idea what to expect, but it'll be pretty cool to have. Also, hopefully we don't have to wait as long as we did for Blackbirds to have a proper mp3.
Yeah don't tell me about it. At one point I found out I had three separate G+ accounts and after many frustrating attempts to delete them and finally fusing my original G+ acc with YT, they're freaking asking me to change my name again. GAH. I don't think the song is meant to be played again as I doubt Aoki shares the stage with them once more. And as for the mp3 version, I hope it's not too hard to get it once the game is out, lol.
Trust me, LP Recharge isn't going to be the only place this song ends up. We'll get a proper mp3/iTunes file of it, probably a lossless copy eventually too. It may even be a downloadable mp3 through Recharge in the first place.
