i was just wondering what you all thought do u think meteora would have turned out bad if reanimation hadnt been made inbetween HT and Meteora? i think meteora came out so good because ofreanimation the bad got to learn from the other artists and learnt new skills to develop into there music
i think not. because some song have made before reanimation. and i think that there is noting to do with reanimation
:wth: maybe if Meteora was made under the same circumstances as reanimation, i.e don gilmore having little to no involvement in the process.
exactly. you'd need the same producers to compare. Mike did an awesome job on Reanimation. Sure, some of the rappers lyrics weren't great because they used their own, but I think he wrote Steven Richards' part in "P5hng Me A*wy" and that was incredible. I'm really hoping and wishing with every bit of energy in my body that Mike's the next producer, and not Don Gilmore.
i think it mite have turned out a little different but not BAD so i picked no i totally agree NO MORE GILMORE, MIKE SHINODA 4 PRODUCER
I still would have bought Meteora. It might decrease sales a little bit. Maybe some people's liking for LP was from Reanimation, so they wouldn't have known about them much if they didnt release it. So not exactly the same but not much. NO MORE GILLMORE

He said it took him about 2 hours. It's on Taproot's official site.
I think they should stay with Don. Anything band he touches, turns gold. His works always comes out to be the pinnacle of an artist's career.
I still have this nagging question. What does a rock producer do? I know rap producers actually make the track but what about in rock? Do they just fine tune the songs and the lyrics?
