Yeah chester is the core of LP's sound. They would probably break up.

Linkin Park will probably break up by 2005, or jut disappear by then. As much as I like them, they won't last too much longer. [/b][/quote]
What the hell are you on about? Their third album is scheduled for release in 2005.

LP can't continue without Chester. If he leaves, I think that's pretty much the end of the band. Even if they find a replacement it just won't be the same.

no one said that the general audience would give two ##### about Linkin Park by 2005.

For all we know, Polka will be popular in 2005.

What's that got to do with them breaking up? What's that got to do with anything? And who cares whether the general audience gives a #### or not? The general audience can get stuffed. By 2005, LP will still be making music and the real fans will still be liking it. Korn are still going strong. Why not Linkin Park?

Korn was around when there was no Limpbizkit and Adema and lame #### like that. They were the originators of what they are, imo.

LP, on the other hand, aren't exactly. Unless they change their music some, it's all downhill from when their album is released. You can't stick with the same formula forever.

I didn't want to say nu metal as most LP fans will rip off the persons balls for saying LP is..

So Meteora isn't the greatest album. That's not the end of the world, they can still write something better. It's never too late to re-invent the wheel. :wth:

I know they can. I hope they will.

LP sound is getting old. Wether you like it or not, they're nu metal and it's dying. Fast.

Well, after Hybrid Theory, Meteora was a huge letdown. That's why they're getting so much backlash for it.

    of course.

Hybrid Theory EP was better than Hybrid Theory Part II, or Meteora as I hear people calling it now.

Yes it was. Shame they don't release any singles from it and show the world what they're really made of.

If Chaz left and no one replaced him, I'd still be an LP fan and still buy their CDs.

If Chaz left and Zack replaced him, I'd never, ever in a million years be a fan of any work he did with LP, IMO, he's one of the worst vocalists, next to Kelly Osbourne to ever get involved with a rock band

if Chester left... they would need 2 replace him someone of similar talent. but he's irreplaceable as r the rest of the band!

When Chester sings (as opposed to scream or growl), his voice is UNIQUE. No one can replace that voice IMO.
