Hey guys! I'm not a fan of Skrillex, but some of his songs are just plain awesome. I just discovered Breakin' a Sweat today and I thought it would sound frickin' awesome if it would be mixed with one of my favorite Linkin Park songs: Blackout. I've never done this before, but I had fun practicing beat mapping, and I'm pretty proud of the end result. What do you guys think? Well, the mix is good, but the Chester's voice is confused in some parts of the track. Mainly when his voice are merged with the voice on Skrillex's song. If you can turn it more, I don't know, clear, will sounds better. Just IMO.
Well I agree, Chester's part is confused in the beginning with the vocals from Skrillex' track, but the overall mix and concept is very good, and very creative. Needs a proper mastering and EQ-ing at the end chorus to make the vocals fit better into the track. But since this was a practice on beatmapping, nice job
