If they were early, the person who has the clue sure won't come out as long as there are fans around the benches. I guess the only option is to leave, wait a while and then come back and check again.

^ This is a possibility. Possibly slight differences in clocks or anything. Or they identified LP fans in the distance. Don't know.

Maybe they should leave the area and come back in a few minutes or something. It said not to be early and maybe a few of them got there too early and fucked up the plan.

We need guidance in compensating for our betrayal of Linkin Park through arriving at an early inconvenience.

Haha I was actually about to write something like this, with the addition of:
    7. They grab her phone and keep updating twitter to throw us off the scent.

I also figured out the location of the clue from Allan's tweets. One of his tweets mentioned Leafs right. So to sum up
    Allan - Allan
    Leafs - Garden
    1 Prime Minister - 1PM
    Twitter avatar - Toronto
    Pm from Canada - Canada.

    The clue was right there!!

So to all the people who were blaming LP for having some snag in the execution of the hunt or saying that they are doing a bad job at it and that it was taking too long and it was getting boring ;The fault was ours. Not LPs. We didn't figure out the clue at all! They gave us two days and we failed to figure it out. Too bad I figured it only we after we got the clue.

This was a pretty tough one.

Trying to contact someone. I believe something went horribly wrong and some asshole took the paper that wasn't an LP fan. Hold tight.

I'm leaning towards the possibility that some stranger (maybe the drunk guy?) took the clue. Or, Allan left us a hint that went unnoticed.

This has nothing to do with being "early", it's a public park, it will be impossible to stick something under a bench without at least one person seeing you. I'm not sure what the deal is, but leaving and coming back is stupid. Whoever was supposed to go and plant the clue should just walk over to the fans and be like "this is your next clue" if that person happened to arrive late or something.
