    Referencing Mike's rant in ATS, when the band was stressed over meeting deadlines for "The Catalyst" right before Brad asks Fiore to turn the camera off.

    More likely than not, he was referring to What I've Done being created just to be another radio hit.

    WID is a huge song, wasn't it on the rock charts for a really long time? WID is actually one of my favorite LP songs of all time. It's so amazing... I'm hoping Burn It Down will have some of that energy in it.

    Yeah, since we haven't heard the song yet and otherwise know so little about it, so, at this point, no-one can guarantee that it won't remind you of "What I've Done" somehow. ;)

    "What I've Done" is a great song...Powerful vocals, great guitars, and the only thing that bugs me about it is that piano part is completely rip-off of NIN.

    oh man "What Ive Done" was THE perfect 1st single because it was like their return...their comeback after 4 years of disappearance and like u kinda said, it had alot of energy in it.

    I like What I've Done. If I was the band I wouldn't have picked that as first single, but it did well so thats what matters as a first single. But it was a great song.

    I think this could actually be part of the reason why I loved it so much. I bought HT in 2000 but I didn't become absolutely obsessed with LP until 2004. I was too young and poor to attend PR04 at the time, so I didn't go. Little did I know LP wouldn't be touring the US until 2007. It was a huge breath of fresh air, I also love the lyrics and vocals a lot. Strong melody. The music video was touching, also.

    Burn it down sounds ok, I think it's more in the " what I've done " style, I can't wait to listen to an official version. But the way Chester sings sounds nice, but it will be hard to do better than Waiting for the end, my favourite song ever since In the end and Somewhere I belong :p

    I thought Chester was rather grease monkeyfied in WID film clip. I remember thinking to myself "So not taking a shower is suddenly cool? Why the hell then, have I been showering daily?!" Then I decided otherwise quite quickly. No more no shower shit and WID themes.

    My 2 cents on the leaked audio. Someone was doing a visit on the video set. It was recorded in their pocket, thus the horrible quality. Maybe each time the song skips or cuts is when they started/stopped on the set. Maybe?
