session & foreword intro

Why wasnt it included in the set?

It was, but they played a small piece of it on the dvd and it went really fast.

They play it at every set.

Thats where I remember it from because the begining of the set is almost identical to the MTV2 2$ Bill Show.

they play foreword before dont stay which usually starts the concert so it makes sense to do it every concert. You could tell in LIT that they were just coming out of foreword when they started the actual show part of the DVD
