    Well just wait until the Album comes out!! Hopefully we get like puzzles and stuff like that like last year!!

    I'm going to get some facepalms and such for pointing this out, but when asked about a Fort Minor comeback Mike didn't by any means rule it out. It just makes you wonder if Mike is thinking in the back of his mind that he'll want to do another FM record someday. Maybe once Linkin Park breaks up or something.

    Eh, he's just being diplomatic. If he came out and said "I'm not going to make any more Fort Minor music," a lot of people would be unhappy. And then he'd look silly if he ever did decide to make more FM.

    And as for an album in 2012, I feel like late 2012 is the earliest it will come out. They may say they're focused on getting this one out quickly, but honestly, they said that about ATS. And we're already starting to see some side projects creep up, like Mike's score for The Raid. I don't doubt their commitment to their album, but they are busy guys who do multiple projects. They'll get it out when they can.

    Of course Mike is always going to consider it. Fort Minor is another creative outlet for him to release music he doesn't feel right putting on a Linkin Park record. Just don't expect FM to come out with a record anytime soon.

    The thing is: Linkin Park has a lot more artistic freedom than it did in the Meteora era. Mike might not have an immediate need to create a separate outlet, especially when that might put LP into hiatus.

    On the other hand, maybe years of amassing demos that didn't make LP albums might automatically make enough music to qualify as a Fort Minor record.
    Also- just a thought - a second Fort minor might sound completely different than his first effort. A different genre, even.


    But really, I think he was just being diplomatic.

    They are great,well love mike alot. lol he learned guitar from his friends. thats awesome. he is great and the whole band rocks like never before.!!!! :rastamike:

    the media is really desperate to find out what LP is up to........... i dont blame them but LP just "need a little room to breathe". but it doesnt seem like the media are doing that
